I start my senior year (Does this label mean anything in college?) at the University of North Texas in twenty-three days. This time next year, I will be gladly accepting my diploma and probably frantically packing up my room in the student housing apartment I've spent the last couple of years in. I have two semesters of classes and an internship to look forward to until then!
I love food, I love people, and most of all, I love making people happy through food and food service. That's all I'm giving you for now because I actually do want this blog to be interesting past the first post!
